Backups

A backup copies your server files into a ZIP archive that you can download. Backups use the File Manager connection, so set that up first.

Create a backup

   Open the server and select Backups.

   Start a manual backup, or turn on automatic backups.

3. 3

   Follow its status: pending, in progress, completed, failed or cancelled.

4. 4

   Download the finished archive.

Limits

• One manual backup per server per day.
• Only one backup can run at a time per server.
• The download link of a finished backup stays valid for 7 days.
