GameSentry uses role-based access control (RBAC) to manage what each team member can do. Each member has a role that determines their permissions.
Default Roles
| Role | Description | Key Permissions |

| Owner | Full control over the organization | Everything, including billing and member management |
| Admin | Manages servers and staff | Server management, player moderation, invite members |
| Moderator | Day-to-day moderation | RCON access, player management, bans |
| Viewer | Read-only access | View server status and player info, no actions |
Permission Categories
- Server Management — Add, edit, delete, and configure servers
- Player Management — Ban, kick, warn players
- RCON Access — Send commands through the console
- Automation — Create and manage automation rules
- Webhooks — Configure webhook integrations
- Members — Invite and manage organization members
- Billing — View and manage subscription
- Audit Logs — View organization activity logs
Only the Owner can transfer ownership or delete the organization. This cannot be changed.
