Troubleshooting

Server will not connect

• Use the RCON port, not the game port.
• Check the password against the server's startup settings.
• Open the RCON port for incoming TCP, and enable RCON in your host's panel if needed.
• Avoid spaces, accented letters and the characters # % \ " < > ^ ` { | } in the RCON password. Rust web RCON can't receive them.
• Use the server's public IP, and keep web RCON on (+rcon.web 1).

Console shows no logs

• Check the server shows as connected.
• Make sure the log is not paused, then refresh.

Ban did not apply

• If the server was offline, it applies when it reconnects.
• Check the Steam ID, and that the ban has not ended or been revoked.

Rule does not fire

• Make sure it is turned on.
• Check that the trigger and conditions match, and that a cooldown is not holding it.
• Look at the rule history for errors.

Discord gets nothing

• Check the webhook still exists in Discord.
• Test the rule with a simple message.

Analytics are empty

• Data starts when you added the server and builds up every few minutes.
• Heatmaps need a few days.

Features missing after Beta Tester approval

• Wait a moment and refresh.
• Check the access is active and not expired.
