Create your organization

Everything you manage in GameSentry belongs to an organization: your servers, your staff, their roles, your automation and your data. You can belong to several organizations and switch between them.

Create it

   Sign in and select Create Organization.

   Organization details: enter your community or team name. GameSentry shows the public address it produces and tells you while you type whether the name is free.

   Select server: search for the server you want to manage and pick it.

   Verify ownership: prove you control the server, either with a claim code in the server description or with RCON. Each command has a copy button.

   Review: check the name, address, server and verification method, accept the organization terms and create the organization.

You become the Owner, with every permission. The organization starts active on the Free plan straight away, without an approval queue.

If verification takes a while

Server listings can take a few minutes to report a new description. If the code is not visible yet, the page stays on the last step and checks again every 20 seconds. Keep the code in place and wait. Your claim code stays the same while you move between steps, but reloading the page gives you a new one.

Names

Names must be unique because the public address of your organization page comes from the name. A name is refused when another organization already uses it, when it has fewer than two letters or numbers, or when it is longer than 100 characters. Adding your region or tag usually solves it.
