The appeals system allows banned players to request a review of their ban. Appeals are managed through a simple workflow that your staff can process.

How Appeals Work

A banned player submits an appeal through the GameSentry public page (if enabled).

The appeal appears in your organization's Appeals queue.

Staff members with the appropriate permissions can review the appeal.

The reviewer can approve (unban), deny, or request more information.

The player is notified of the decision.

Appeal Statuses
