Banned players can appeal from Ban Appeals after signing in. They see their active bans, write why the ban should be reconsidered (up to 2,000 characters) and can add up to 5 links as evidence. Only one open appeal per ban is allowed.
Review an appeal

Open Ban Appeals in the Tools menu.

Use the tabs to see All, Pending, Active or Closed appeals.

Open an appeal to read the ban details and chat with the player.

Close it with a decision.
| Decision | Result |
|---|
| Unban | The ban is lifted immediately |
| Keep Ban | The ban stays as it is |
| Change to Temporary | The ban gets a new end date |
| Make Permanent | A temporary ban becomes permanent |
A closed appeal cannot be reopened, and the player cannot appeal the same ban again. You can still change the ban itself from Bans.
