There are no GameSentry purchases to refund
While commercial payments are disabled, GameSentry does not sell plans or add-ons. A refund window does not apply to a transaction that cannot be made through the service.
Voluntary support
Support is made through an external platform, voluntarily and without consideration. It does not purchase access, approval, features, priority, credit, or a future subscription. Processing and any refunds are governed by the platform and payment provider terms.
Ending beta access
An organization may request closure of beta access. Ending access creates no refund because no purchase was made from GameSentry. Data is handled under the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Before payments are introduced
Before enabling sales, GameSentry will publish appropriate commercial terms. Any purchase will require prior information and an affirmative choice; beta access will never convert automatically.
