1. Roles
The organization acts as controller for processing whose purposes it determines. GameSentry acts as processor when handling that data under instruction. Each party remains responsible for processing it determines independently.
2. Subject, duration, and categories
Processing covers personal and operational data needed for features selected by the organization and lasts during service delivery and afterwards where justified by retention, security, closure, and legal obligations.
3. Instructions and legality
The Terms, settings, and authorized requests form documented instructions. The organization warrants the legality of instructions and data sources. GameSentry will notify the organization if it considers an instruction unlawful unless legally prohibited.
4. Confidentiality and security
GameSentry applies technical and organizational measures proportionate to risk and restricts access to persons under confidentiality duties. The organization is responsible for its users, devices, settings, and integrations.
5. Subprocessors
GameSentry may use providers needed to deliver and protect the service, imposing appropriate obligations. Material changes will be communicated where required, allowing a reasoned objection under applicable terms.
6. Assistance and incidents
GameSentry will provide reasonable assistance with data subject rights, assessments, and security duties, considering the nature of processing. Relevant confirmed incidents will be reported without undue delay using available information.
7. End of service and audit
At the end of service, data is returned, retained, or deleted under available tools, valid instructions, and applicable duties. Compliance information will be provided proportionately while protecting security, confidentiality, and continuity.
8. Transfers and priority
International transfers are subject to a valid legal mechanism where required. For conflicts about processing for the organization, this agreement prevails over the Terms only on that issue.
