1. Purpose
The beta allows the service to be tested in real use, issues to be identified, and feedback to be collected. The product remains in development and may contain errors, interruptions, or incomplete features.
2. Application and approval
An organization on the Free plan may request Beta Tester access. The request does not change its plan while under review. GameSentry may request reasonable information before approving, limiting, or declining access.
Approval is discretionary within the limits of law. The organization remains functional on the Free plan if the request is not approved.
3. Access and duration
The program may remain open indefinitely. Each organization receives its own access period, which may be renewed manually. Free access is not credit and creates no vested right to future terms.
4. Features and limits
Features, capacity, and limits may vary or change for testing, safety, stability, and resource management. GameSentry may limit a feature without suspending the whole organization.
5. Participant responsibility
The organization must use only authorized resources, restrict access, protect confidential information, test settings, maintain independent copies where needed, and report incidents.
6. Suspension and exit
Access may be limited or suspended for risk, abuse, lack of authority, breach of the Terms, inactivity, expiry, or a legal or operational need.
Where safe and reasonable, a correction route will be provided. Export and retention follow available tools and the Privacy Policy.
7. Possible paid plans
GameSentry may offer commercial plans later. A subscription will require prior information, applicable acceptance, and an affirmative choice. Silence never constitutes a purchase.
